I think I have the beginning stages of arthritis in my left hand. Mornings are difficult and I have a lot of pain in my joints. At times I can hardly bend my fingers. This morning was really bad. As worship started, I was going to get prayer but felt like God said "just worship me." So I did and I have NO pain in my hand and can move it with no pain in the joints!
