A few weeks ago I had an appointment with my doctor at which time she felt a lump in my right breast. She showed me where it was and I felt it also. A mammogram was scheduled for the following week. In the days leading up to the mammogram, I sought prayer from you all here at church along with friends and co-workers. The day of the mammogram I was terrified and the what if’s were flying through my head. I stepped up to the machine and the tech did her thing. I was told to go wait in my dressing room while the doctor looked at my x-rays. A few agonizing minutes later, the tech came in and said the lump my doctor and I felt was completely, 100% gone. Thank you Jesus for your healing and faithfulness!!

Coffee Ministry

Serve coffee, smiles, and friendly conversation to people before and after our services. Contact: Vic and Vickey Wilson

“The Ark” (Nursery & Preschool)

Provide a loving and learning environment for children nursery through age three by serving as a teacher, assistant, greeter, or behind-the-scenes helper. Contact: Echo Kayser

“The Flood” (4 year olds - Sixth Grades)

Train elementary age children to be committed followers of Jesus by serving as a teacher, assistant, worship leader, greeter, or behind-the-scenes helper. Contact: Tonia Beaver

“Torrent” (Junior High)

Help seventh and eighth graders grow in their faith by helping with our Thursday evening or Sunday morning Junior High programs. Contact: Charlie Williams

"Identity" (Senior High)

Build relationships with and provide activities for ninth through twelfth graders that will help them become lifelong followers of Jesus. Contact: Jim Bigelow

Community Development

Come alongside people in need to bring about community driven changes and establish local faith communities. Contact: Dan Haskins

Missions

Fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) by giving, going, sending and praying. Contact: John Wiseman

Office Help

Keep Risen King running by folding, stuffing, labeling, answering the phone or even shopping! Contact: Jen McCloskey

Oasis Volunteers

Assist with landscaping and other projects as we continue to develop and maintain our new campus. Contact: Jen McCloskey

Lending Stuff
