Bill Randall

Bill serves as the lead pastor of Risen King Community Church in Redding, CA (risenking.org) and is the founding President of the LIFE Equipping Center.

Through the years Bill and his wife Jill have planted several churches and have developed and deployed hundreds of emerging leaders that serve throughout the world. Bill has a B.A. from Point Loma College, an M.Div from Gordon-Conwell Seminary and a DMin from Fuller Seminary.
