Risen Kids

At Risen Kids, our mission is to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids feel safe, seen, and loved as they learn and grow in their faith. Through dynamic lessons, interactive storytelling, worship, and play, we help kids discover who they are in Christ and how they can share His love with the world. We believe kids aren’t just the future of the church—they’re a vital part of it today. Our goal is simple: to empower kids to grow in their relationship with Jesus and go out to make a difference in their families, schools, and communities.

We believe that the most important thing we can do with our lives is to invest in our kids. Join our Risen Kids team and help nurture, guide, and inspire kids as they grow in their faith and identity.

City Youth

At City Youth, we know how important the middle school and high school years are. That’s why our youth ministry creates space for students to have fun, build real friendships, and grow in their relationship with God. We’re passionate about creating a fun, safe, welcoming environment where students can connect with others and be encouraged in their faith. This is for 6-12th grade students

Men’s Ministry

Our Men’s Ministry exists to glorify God by reaching, equipping, and encouraging men to grow in their faith and lead lives marked by love, integrity, and purpose. We focus on two core commands: loving God fully and loving others well.

We provide opportunities for men to connect and grow through monthly breakfasts, small groups, Bible studies, mentoring, and service projects.

We’re passionate about creating meaningful spaces for women of all ages to connect deeply, grow spiritually, and champion one another as we each steward the life God has given us. Our Women’s Ministry is a place for real relationships, intentional discipleship, and encouragement through every season of life.

We offer a variety of opportunities to grow and gather, including Bible studies, women’s events, a monthly walk and coffee, and quarterly gatherings—all designed to inspire spiritual growth, connection, and joy.

King’s Eagles

Senior Adults (50+)

The King's Eagles are a very active, fun-loving group of people ‘50 plus’ seeking community and activities with their own age group. This group is a strong community within Risen King that seeks to maintain relevant relationships with one another, minister to one another through the ups and downs of life, and carry on the mission of Jesus Christ as they serve others.

Activities include movie nights, brunches, birthday parties, BBQs, hikes, prayer support, birthday cards, involvement in ESYAC, Wreaths Across America, and many more.

Home Groups

Life is better together. Home Groups are our way of getting beyond Sunday morning and into real, everyday community.

Each spring and fall, small groups of people gather in homes to grow in their faith, support one another, and do life side by side. Whether you're new to Risen King or have been here for years, there's a group for you.

Our Fall Home Group season launches September 13th!

Missionaries
& Missions Trips

At Risen King, we believe we are all called—but some are sent. Our missionaries are a vital part of our church family, stepping out in faith to share the hope of Christ where His love is most needed. With courage and humility, they live out the Gospel in word and action. We are honored to support them through prayer, encouragement, and partnership as we take part in God’s greater story together.

Give In Kind

At Risen King, our heart beats for Redding. We are a church where faith is lived out daily through love for God and people, and where relationships are genuine and lasting. Because seasons of need can be hard, we want giving and receiving care to be simple and natural—reflecting Christ’s love. Click below to see ways you can support our church family.
